The Mandala Center is a non-profit 501c(3) organization and graciously accepts public donations to fulfill our mission. If you would like to make a donation to The Mandala Center, your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Our mission is to provide a peaceful place to refresh the mind, renew the spirit, and heal the body. Our vision is to help people grow toward their own healing and wholeness so they are inspired from a place of well-being to go back into their own communities and continue to make a difference in the lives of others.
The Mandala Center is made up of people. We are the heart that drives our mission and the land and buildings offer the “structure” where the transformative work happens. You make this possible by donating, spreading the word, participating in our programs, and by sending prayers to all who seek retreat and education to better the world.
We work to keep costs reasonable for the public – to allow a wider range of individuals to seek retreat - while we subsidize substantial percentages of overhead costs. Often our prices only cover a fraction of what it actually takes to run and manage the Center. Costs for supplies, utilities, food, and repairs keep rising. Keeping costs down becomes a challenge as we try to maintain and grow into our potential.
Your donation helps to support our scholarship program, bring in workshop leaders, maintain the well-being of the land and center itself, and offer opportunity for new growth and development for those who journey here. Your donation is a vote of support that affirms you value The Mandala Center and the concept of personal retreat and you want to ensure such a place continues to exist. Most of all, it demonstrates that you value the people who come here. Those seeking time for contemplation, study, creative pursuits, and personal development. Those who will help create a world that is loving, compassionate, balanced, and whole for all of us.
OTHER WAYS OF HELPING
You may also wish to donate to a particular project or give of your time or talents as a volunteer. Or you may wish to purchase something for us from our wish list. We welcome assistance in many forms. Call us for more information in these areas.
Some items currently on our wish list include: funds for creating a path between our main building and the guest lodges complete with solar lighting, supplies and construction of two picnic tables for guests to use outdoors, 4 new benches for around the grounds, landscaping around the entrance area, reconstruction of a building on the grounds that could be used for a very rustic hermitage experience by visitors, and more funds for our scholarship program.
Thank you for your support.
