How to Register...

Personal Retreats

If you are interested in coming for a visit to The Mandala Center, figure out the dates you wish to travel. Contact our office directly to determine the availability of the dates you are interested in. If the dates are available a registration form will be completed over the phone. Payment is required at time of registration. You may pay by credit card or you may mail in a check or money order. A letter with directions, suggestions about what to bring with you, and your receipt will be mailed to you once payment is received.

Workshop Retreats

Look through our newsletter at our list of workshops OR view our on-line workshops page or event calendar.

Find the workshop you would like to attend.

You may then register on-line or call our office during business hours (Monday-Friday 9-4:30) and pay by credit card
OR
print out a registration form or use the one in the newsletter and send in your registration by mail with a check or money order.

Once you are registered a confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you closer to the start date of the workshop. This letter will include directions, special instructions from the workshop leader, and reminders about what to bring to The Mandala Center with you. You will want to read this letter PRIOR to leaving on your trip.

Facility Rentals

Group leaders should contact The Mandala Center to inquire about the availability of dates and the nature of their group’s retreat. If dates are available, they will be tentatively held for up to 10 days allowing for the group leader to complete our rental application.

Or we would be happy to email or mail an application to you if requested.

Once agreement has been reached on dates and cost, a contract is completed and an estimated 10% deposit is required at the time the contract is signed and returned.

The application helps us prepare for your retreat but communication is open to keep working on finalizing plans, arrivals, and group needs as we get closer to your event.
