The Mandala Center offers a year-round workshop retreat schedule to the public with inspiring teachers gifted in their areas of expertise. Our workshop leaders are committed to acknowledging the interconnection of body, mind, and spirit. They believe attending to our own health and well-being better enables us to help and serve others in the world.
The Mandala Center encourages academic study, discussion, community, experiential learning, interfaith experiences, and connection with the natural world. Our workshops promote academic learning but we also respect and encourage the development of “other ways of knowing” such as intuition, sensory experience, contemplation, deep listening, energy work, dreaming, creative expression, meditation/prayer, and the wisdom of our personal story. It is our desire to “hold sacred space” for personal exploration and offer support for guests to deepen their own individual practices, understanding, and purpose in life.
Having time alone is important. Having time in a safe and supportive group with the intention to explore the depths of the human experience can offer the transformative energy and motivational inspiration to unlock our potential. Participants often come as strangers and leave with deep and lasting bonds.
Be sure to vist our Blog and our Calendar for more information about our workshops and to read interviews with our presenters.
