ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Deep loss disrupts our concept of who we are, what we do, and how we fit into changed relationships. We are no longer who we used to be, and not yet who we will become. Most people want to blast through that ambiguity, but there is another way. Learn to explore loss as creative opportunity and you can discover your unique and powerful path to meaning and soulful presence in the world.

You Will Learn

  • The fastest way to a new beginning
  • A five-step process for working through profound loss
  • How your unique perspective has prepared you for loss and change
  • How to stay afloat in the rough waters of adversity
  • How to tap the inner creativity you may not think you have
  • A balanced approach to staying in tune with your own inner wisdom

Who should attend?

Anyone who has suffered deep, personal loss and wants better tools for being present with and honoring grief while moving forward into the new possibilities offered by any major life transition. Applicable for men and women who have done some personal growth work and bring a level of maturity and self-awareness to the program. This program is not a substitute for clinical therapy for the treatment of severe trauma, PTSD, deep clinical depression, etc. The focus is spiritual and personal exploration and development.

The workshop begins with dinner at 6pm on the day of arrival and ends with lunch at noon on the date of departure.
