ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The loss of anyone or anything beloved sends us on a voyage into the Unknown. Into that empty place where we are no longer who we used to be, and not yet who we will become. In search of a new identity that will carry us forward into a life we often must learn to want. The ancient art of pilgrimage is the way and grief is the power that transforms.
Join author, teacher, and life transitions leader Cheryl Eckl on this exploration into five phases of pilgrimage as they relate to the grief journey.
